進行は最近大忙しの恵那ＹＥＧ小栗委員長！趣旨説明の後、柘植直前委員長とバトンタッチし、昨年のコンテスト受賞作品を鑑賞し作品監督のコメントをいただきながら進行。ラストはＳＭＣ2009説明ショートムービーも登場し盛り上がりの予感を感じつつ閉会。御苦労さまでした。
